Who calls someone and then says “ugghh this one never picks up”, as I’m picking up the phone. The staff here is overly rude. That’s the first time I’ve ever received a call from you guys anyways. I get no reminders or calls about my prescriptions being filled I have to call and ask myself every time. It takes a second to be kind to another human. This pharmacy is the worst. Always understaffed. Prescriptions are hardly ever ready when they’re supposed to be. Nick and Cynthia are nice, but most of the pharmacy techs are in a hurry and unpleasant. I’ve been given someone else’s meds by the same pharmacy tech 3 times. I caught the mistake. Made a complaint, they don’t care. Go someplace else.
Pharmacist Regina is out to give people a hard time. It’s obvious. Calling your doctor to make sure she can fill scripts (even though I’ve had the same prescriptions every month for years) then once it’s okayed she finds something wrong with insurance and will not let you pay out of pocket. It’s just a headache and causing the patient unnecessary stress. Pharmacist Cindy and Nick are a pleasure - personable and easy to talk to. They are always out of medication and always the reason for delays in treatment and dispensement. I don't recommend if you need anything new or urgent. Go with walgreens for that.
