I have shopped at Jewel for over 40 years. I always return things with the receipt however this time I did not have A receipt. I thought maybe I’d get credit of some kind for a spray coconut oil. The sprayer would not work so I tried to return it. The woman told me it was expired. and I said you shouldn’t have sold it expired. I quickly found an expired one on the shelf and brought it back and put it on the desk, but she wasn’t there -just to let her know the store is selling expired coconut oil spray. She was very rude. It is definitely triumphant when you use their app and they still allow free Wi-Fi while shopping
Jewel has a great balanced atmosphere. Items are in logical places.. Staff are extremely helpful when needed.
