The customer service I received at this Jewel today was just outstanding! I went in to find an unfrozen cake. Since they were all frozen, the person working the bakery offered to frost & decorate a cake. While waiting, several employees asked if I need any help. I am so impressed, with how Willy to help all the employees were!
Terrible customer service at this location!!! The manager is sooooo rude I am very disappointed. I buy flowers at Jewel Osco at least twice a week. Today they relocated the flowers to different spot in the market. I was going to buy 7 bouquets and I asked to wrap them together but the employee said machine doesn’t work to wrap the flowers. So I’ve asked a tiny piece of ribbon so I can at least tie them together. Manager came and I asked her and she was so rude and told me I need to pay for wrapping what I wanted to do but si... read more
I always have excellent service when I pick up/drop off my prescriptions to the pharmacists on duty. I also utilize their delivery as well. I'm usually in and out, and I can shop while I wait, which is very rare.... Thank you 😊
Not well educated personal workers here! Horrible! They gave wrong amount liquid of antibiotics They can kill somebody with wrong items Be careful
