Terrible customer service at this location!!! The manager is sooooo rude I am very disappointed. I buy flowers at Jewel Osco at least twice a week. Today they relocated the flowers to different spot in the market. I was going to buy 7 bouquets and I asked to wrap them together but the employee said machine doesn’t work to wrap the flowers. So I’ve asked a tiny piece of ribbon so I can at least tie them together. Manager came and I asked her and she was so rude and told me I need to pay for wrapping what I wanted to do but si... read more
I always have excellent service when I pick up/drop off my prescriptions to the pharmacists on duty. I also utilize their delivery as well. I'm usually in and out, and I can shop while I wait, which is very rare.... Thank you 😊
Not well educated personal workers here! Horrible! They gave wrong amount liquid of antibiotics They can kill somebody with wrong items Be careful
Pharmacy. The only Pharmacist that is WONDERFUL is SAPORA. Unfortunately she is on leave until April. There is always a line that’s super long and the ones who are filling the scripts (specifically) a woman is was beyond nasty. She watched me as I sat and suffered with a migraine headache. 2.5 hours later she filled my script. The only reason why we continue there is SAPORA and the location. The one girl has a “god” complex and decides when SHE wants to handle scripts. It’s a shame
