Always courteous service!!! I called Jewel Osco on my birthday to get my prescription filled. The gentleman answered. Happy Birthday Camellia. I am aware that the Pharmacist knows my birth date when the Pharmacist looks at my profile. What blew me away is the Pharmacist said "Happy Birthday Camellia!!! That's Excellent customer service. The Pharmacist did not have to take the time to acknowledge my birthday. Kudos to the Pharmacist!!!!

I never have problems at this store. I switched to Jewel because CVS and Walgreens are an expensive mess that often have lines wrapped around the store, and the CVS even handed me someone else's pills one day. I just got tired of the high prices, staffing issues, store closures, and unprofessionalism at the other pharmacies. I can't for the life of me figure out how they lose money selling pills that sometimes cost thousands of dollars a bottle.
