Slow and rude. Wanda D is beyond unpleasant. Update 5/11/2023: Wanda is still incredibly unpleasant. Updated 7/29/25: Wanda is still unpleasant but the rest of the team is really great. Stephanie, in particular, was very solution oriented and able to work though manufacturer issues to have my prescription filled. Updating to 5 stars
