The customer service provide by I believe is the manager is horrible, I did made a mistake but this lady talked to me horrible, so sad, I do love the bakery from jewel but I won’t be coming back
Unorganized, dirty - does anyone ever clean the ladies room? And over priced & terrible fruit and vegetables! Only bright spot was the butcher seemed to know his stuff.
Since there are not many grocery stores in Crestwood, I gave this Jewel a few tries. I have always had to bag my own groceries and last night my husband and I stood in the one full lane that was open for about 20 minutes and then again bagged our own groceries. Employees never have a smile on their faces and I feel like I am bothering them by being there but then again I can't blame them since they are so under staffed.
This Jewel is the worst store I have ever shopped at. It is totally unorganized. They have no signs in the aisles that tell people where things are. And the few aisles that do have signs, they are still just leftovers from the last re-do. People wander around looking all over for stuff. Ask one of the "managers" and they have no idea where things are in most cases. They have quit carrying a lot of the gluten free products I used to be able to buy before the re-do. Wish I could give this Jewel 0 stars! The food is always way past its expiration date. Palos Heights needs a different grocery store!
Placed a bakery order online a few days ago but when I went to pick it up this evening they could not find it. How can they lose my order??
It was built a few years ago and huge inside compared to the old Jewel!!

We were there to collect for the Veterans Food Drive we are having with Caring Patriots. Everyone that worked at Jewel went above and beyond to help us out. All the shoppers were the best. They took the time to see what was going on and talk with us as well as donate. What a great timed all around. Jewel should do more things like this for the community. Everyone loves to help people that need it and give support.
