Your store has gone down. The produce is horrible and the fruit is outdated and old. The shelves are empty. Nothing looks fresh. I remember when I used to go to the Jewel Grand Bazar on 54th and Pulaski it was a premiere store. Not any more. Jewel was considered a great store!!!
I waited 20 minutes to get a prescription filled, only to be told that they didn't have what I needed and I would have to come back the next day. Tried to call the store the next day to get the status of my order. Main store number requires you to call a different number for the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy and ended up having whoever answered put me on hold for ten minutes. Not good service.

RecommendedSometimes they have great deals! Nice and friendly workers. People who complain and are giving bad reviews are probably the ones who are upset about the old Dominick building.
Never any registers open. Never stocked. Produce sucks. And do you know what’s even worse then all this? Is that fact you have so many crap reviews going a year or more back and you still haven’t changed anything about your garbage store. And I heard jewel bought the old Dominick’s on Ridgeland to prevent another grocery store from opening in the area. You suck palos heights jewel!
Awful produce and terrible customer service. It's clear that those poor workers are miserable. I guess you don't need to hold yourself to any standards when you have no competition in a 5 mile radius.
Always out of stock, produce department often has rotted items, many outdated items in their shelves so make sure you check the dates, deli counter is deplorable - the way they store already started items in plastic bags that look as if they’ve not been changed in weeks. I’m surprised that Palos Heights health department has not shut them down.
Mayo is a top tier Sushi Chef. Jewel really upped their game when they hired Mayo and brought in the Sushi counter..
Horrible place to get food! Produce sucks, numerous things expired, deli counter slow, understaffed, brutal attitudes, parking lot is a disaster! I absolutely hate Jewel in Palos. I also absolutely hate the fact the owner is allowing an abandoned warehouse to sit at 127th and Ridgeland. Absolutely ruining the Palos Heights experience.
