Former Jersey girl living in Maine. My best friend from childhood is Indian, and I have enjoyed the cuisine since then. What a delight to find Jewel of India! I have never been disappointed in anything I've ordered. Authentic, in atmosphere, service and delicious food! This is common in NJ and really rare in Maine. I'm heading there for my birthday, and I can't wait!

Update: The food quality has really gone down at this place. Its not what it used to be. Totally disappointed during a recent visit ! This is my go-to place for authentic indian food while visiting maine. Food is always fresh and delicious ! Love this place !
