everytime I go there I stand at the deli and everyone just looks at you and doesn't actually come over to help. when they finally do they aren't consistent with how they cut the meat. I go to the south elmhurst Jewel for deli where they are much better.

I live out of state and wanted to order deli trays for my family who had suffered a sudden loss and were preparing for a funeral. Management refused to take order with a CC over the phone. I explained that I was 700 miles away and needed to do it that way. yada, yada Company policy still refused. I said that I would go to a competitor, and I did.
