They are very unprofessional and appeared uncomfortable providing service to a disabled person. They advised that there was no appointment set and dismissed my request when I asked if they could work her in, even though I know for a fact that there was an appointment set. They also do not have a ramp available into their business to provide handicap access. They noted that they are grandfathered in and do not require one.
