Everything about this place sucks. From the nonexistent customer service, to the chronically dirty tables, to the infinity of time you must wait to get your order. 10/10 NOT RECOMMENDED.
This place was highly disappointing. You have to order on a iPad or from your phone using a qr code. The service in the building is horrible and the wifi password that was displayed was incorrect. I wasn't able to get any of the worker attention to get the correct password. Once I was finally able to use one of there ordering stations, the estimated waiting time for two lattes and two crepes was 40 minutes! Overall 4 stars. Ridiculous tablet based ordering system. Pleasant atmosphere. Food and drinks well made and tasty.
Love coming here. Location is great and it’s roomie. But we’ve noticed the service has gotten worse over the years. Everything is now automated so it feels very impersonal. I think when it’s not busy staff should take our orders instead of having us stand there to navigate thru the kiosks for an order that could have been relayed in less than 5 minutes.
This is somewhat of an unfair rating, as all I ordered was a "to go" drink from a kiosk. It seemed a friendly and inviting place with a relaxed atmosphere. My avocado smoothie was very good.
