Brought in one watch for bracelet adjustment and one watch in for a new battery. He told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I got back, he hadn’t even started working on it. He then started working on the watches. Got them working in about 10 minutes and then told me I owed him an extra $10 because it took him so long to get the bracelet adjusted. Since I only brought the exact amount in cash, I had to use my card which charged me extra fees.

Hi, I had left a previous review that was not very good, regarding my repair. I do want to say they did fix my necklace clap and it is working very well so I want to say thank you on a positive note. Only one recommendation is probably just to communicate more effectively with the customer. But once again thank you and I appreciate your Establishment. Have a great day

I’ve gone to this store 3-4 times after 11 am, which is when they’re supposed to be open. Not once did I find this place open! A shopkeeper neighbor said that the guy usually opens in the afternoons. Okay, then, the owner needs to change the online information saying he’s open at 11:00 am.

Reza took great care with my father’s watch, cleaning it & replacing the battery so I could wear it during an upcoming hike through France. My father always enjoyed following my travels. With his passing last year, I treasure bringing a remembrance on this journey. Many thanks, Jewel Box.
