This store is a complete scam. Unless it’s their gold or their own products do NOT buy from them before doing your research. All their items are over priced compared to other retailers. They all DO NOT do refunds only store credit only before 7 days so please be very careful when buying from them. I’ve purchased a few items from them their gold products but went into buy a watch and I was scammed. They charged me $80 more than what the going price was online from the direct retailer.

I was misled into buying low-quality jewelry presented as gold. When I asked for a return, I was shown a policy that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. After involving Fairfax County Consumer Compliance, the store still avoided responsibility. Based on my direct experience, I seriously question the quality and authenticity of the item I received. I strongly advise checking reviews before shopping here. The staff are dismissive and disrespectful. They do not disclose their policy upfront and do not stand behind their craftsmanship. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. You can always visit customer compliance before shopping.
