Awful customer service. The manager put zero effort into accommodating repairs on a ring. It needs around $300 in work, and I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Super nice & wonderful atmosphere. Seriously the place to go for anything jewelry. Zach = awesome, he helped set up all my bridesmaids with matching necklaces. I'm sure he'd help figure out anything you wanted to do. Mark this as a place to go- especially if you want to support local. :)

The Jewel Box was a wonderful visit while cruising Alaska. My lovely purchase will always serve as a reminder of beautiful Alaska and the wonderful people we met along the way. Nebraska will always have a touch of Alaska because of my visit to the Jewel Box!
