We had to do a home search remotely, with only one brief visit to Fairbanks. Jewel worked with my wife during that brief visit to get a good idea of what we were looking for, then helped us search over the next few months. She went out and filmed walkthroughs through a number of homes we were interested in, pointed us towards new possibilities and warned us off from problems we didn't even know to ask about.
