Very disappointing management experience. My AC has been broken for 10 days, and the apartment has become extremely hot and uncomfortable. It is very difficult to stay inside because of the heat, especially with how warm it has been lately. I reported the issue, but management keeps delaying and now says it won’t be fixed until next Monday. For something as essential as AC, this response time is unacceptable. Residents should not have to wait this long to have basic maintenance issues addressed.
Property taken care of very well. It’s the neighborhood that needs work. Roosters next door, trains blowing their horns, and loud neighbors. Trashy houses all around too.
A helpful staff that is friendly and professional. Their properties are well maintained.
