Hello everybody I sure hope a number of people read this. This is about the owner Seng Boutdy the supposed owner of this motorcycle approximately two years ago this man took several of my motorcycles. Said he was going to pay me $2,500 for what he took off my property never showed up to pay for the merchandise he he took from my property. I want a court case for $2,500 in Lancaster county.
