Been living in the same place for over five years and our laundromat uses JETZ washers and dryers. There are six dryers and in all of the years that I have lived here only two of them have worked. They are constantly here repairing them yet they still don’t work. I wonder if JETZ and these property managers are running a racket using the money that tenants feed into these bum washers and dryers and splitting it. DO NOT CONTRACT OR USE THIS COMPANIES FAULTY EQUIPMENT.

There are no working dryers and barely working washers. I haven't been able to do laundry for a month. And the company knows. My property manager has submitted service orders on behalf of the residents and still nothing is done

My experience was difficult at best. My apt complex has jetz, no problem with the quality of machines, however the only way I could use them was to borrow a "CARD"(Obtainable by paying $5 FROM A card dispenser which also preloads the card) from a neighbor whom already had one. The reason? The card dispenser was empty. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE A WEEK FOR A MONTH,NO CARDS, the 9th time I called I was told the machine lock was bad,had to be cut off to restock machine .So let's see, that was 2 weeks ago, so apparently JET... read more

The worst company I've seen in all of my 38 years. Their machine ruined all of my bedding and then they quit responding to my emails. Machines in the laundromat have been inoperable for nearly a year. Jetz service will come and collect the change but will not fix the machine's. Horrible company and incompetent employees.
