Good location being near shops and parking, great for locals who don't want commute to CBD gyms. The whole gym floor is contained within one large room, being well equipped with Spirit branded mechanics. It's small size can come off as bit underwhelming already used to big style of gyms. Perfect for people who prefer smaller quieter spaces and those who starting their fitness journeys. Do have take a star off for having not best options of drinks in the vending machine.
If you are looking to get fit and get back into shape, I recommend Jets gym
The other patrons that use this gym are friendly and respectful. It makes it easier for someone like me who is painfully introverted to keep coming back.
