Sian my personal trainer is professional and corrects me if I am not doing the exercise correctly to avoid injury. The staff are friendly and helpful.
All members of the team are GREAT. From the start everything was great and the team friendly. Sonjia especially stood out helping us out with Fobs before the time. Her knowledge and heart for clients and people show and that is really missing in most clubs. She is hands on and Awe to work with. Hands up to the best club in the Redlands.
My son joined here a few months ago and loves the facilities. They also have a great team who offer excellent customer service and are very accommodating.
