Gym has gone downhill. the shared toilet always smells of urine. Broken equipment only gets removed not replaced. The airconditioning has been out for 4 weeks now and there is only 1 broken fan that doesnt oscellate to keep the cardio area cool. Not hiring a portable air con or even a few extra fans while its broken tells us how valued we are as members. dissapointing.

Thank you for excellent service, All the staff are always friendly, motivating & full of encouragement when it gets hard . The equipment is well maintained. With this in mind it has made a difference to fitness journey
