THANK YOU Jetts!!!!!!!!! came home to broken furnace, Jetts was able to come the following day and everything back and running in 30 minutes. Great technician, explained what was going on and worked very fast. Highly Recommend
Paul, the technician was FANTASTIC. Polite, quick, and answered all of our questions. Our issues were with the payment system in place. 1) We were charged a diagnostic/service call fee when their website clearly states that we shouldn't have been (within 15 miles). We had to call to get that refunded. We also properly diagnosed the issues ourselves. 2) We were prompted to leave a tip (of 15, 20, or 25%). If I had cash I would have thrown the tech a $20 or two, but the 15% tip was listed at $127. Both of these things made us ... read more

Jets were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable .explained the new furnace and central that was installed in my home I would highly recommend them to anyone plus will be using there services for maintenance on my mechanical equipment.
