Good little gym for a fairly cheap price $10 a week. Got most essentials while missing a few specialty machines but overall got all you need for a balnced workout. Got a cable, smith, squat rack, bench press and other machines as well as room for stretching prior to working out. If your close by and would like a cheaper gym to workout at zap fitness east is an excellent option

I asked for my subscription to be cancelled at the front desk but I was told that it would take a month for it to cancel. After a month it wasn't so then i called the zap customer service number, they said the same thing your subscription will end in a month. Don't trust staff members when they say 'I'll get back to it' and do it over the phone. In general avoid this company.
