Matt Brady Gave a call to a friend of mine that Provides cleaning services which is a female and only wanted a basic clean. She provided a BASIC CLEAN WHICH IS SWEEPING 🧹 MOPPING AND DUSTING. He told her she did a great job then called back two days later saying she didn’t do what he asked and then gave a description that he needed the inside windows done and scrubb the walls and etc. She explained to him that’s a DEEP CLEANING and it will be a little more. Jettison Group bought a Senior Apartment complex on Stonewood Park last year, and immediately started 'asking' tenants to leave their homes while they 'flipped' the apartments, 'but they can come back', and in so doing this, raised their rent as well. Can you say fixed income?? So many could not move back because of the cost, yet Jettison wasn't interested in fixing any of the existing problems.
