Found main sewer line outside house wasn’t draining. Left message on a Sunday night. They called back first thing Monday morning and setup same day appointment. Tech showed up on time. Was here less than an hour and explained some preventative maintenance to do. Would definitely call them again.

Have used jetter clean out of Rochester many times in the past. They are great. Lee from that office is the best. Had a main drain back up in a blooming Prarie property and called the owatonna jetter clean, expecting a similar service. Their prices are higher than rochester for the same service, which is what it is. The technician asked if I wanted the video inspection along with the clean out.
