Stay away. My baggage was picked 13 days ago and still has not arrived at its destination. They promise so much than ignore you. Ben is very unprofessional.. doesn’t answer your phone calls.. or texts and hangs up the phone when I call to ask where my bag is. My luggage is still sitting in Melbourne. This company is a scam. They want your money and then ignore you. Do not go with Jetta Express.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. There was no follow-up, and I had to repeat myself every time I called. Ben kept saying he would call back but never did. I eventually went with Pack & Send instead even though they’re pricier, at least communication with them was clear and reliable.

Where is Warren? He was so helpful and the best! I have send bags multiple times with Jetta. The new person called Ben, was extremely rude on the phone. I sent out two emails for bookings, and called them constantly. Ben keeps giving me a useless answer saying he is checking his emails. Do you need 2 weeks to check your emails and keep customers waiting? My parcel would reach the destination in 2 weeks! I’m going elsewhere to book my bags. Never using Jetta again. Thanks you just lost a customer for life
