Jetstream Plumbing-Justin and Jenn are phenomenal!!! Professional and rapid response to our calls and texts. Our Rheem/Ruud water heater completely failed with a faulty burner assembly and gas valve. It was less than 5 years old! Manufacturer said it could take 3 weeks to get the parts!! (Without hot water???) Justin had previous experience dealing with this issue and quickly and efficiently assisted us in diagnosing and navigating their system to obtain a new water heater/the next day!
