Cleans my car quickly and efficiently. Looks great!
Drove in to JetSplash today and utilized the "Fast Lane" with my prepaid pass. Was followed in by another vehicle that pulled up to the window. I scanned my card and then had to wait on the gate. Ultimately, the customer at the window was given preference over me and allowed to proceed. Obviously, the management is not aware of queuing line theory to be able educate their employees nor do they value customer loyalty. I'm thinking of utilizing a competitor down the street.
They do not have restrooms open to their paying customers. I've been a customer of jet splash for quite a while. This is the first time I've needed to use the restroom. So it's the first time I realized I can't. Looks like I'll be going to rocket car Wash next month.
I recently moved from Omaha to Lincoln and brought with me a competitors subscription to bigger chain. I passed by this Jet Splash and decided to give it a try.
