I love this particular jet splash because the attendants are always very friendly. They always make me change to tip the dryer guys. I even met a manager when one of the mop things snagged my mirror and took off the outside cover. I couldn’t even tell what had happened until the car wash stopped and he came in a retrieved the piece. That has never happened before or again after that. Always a good carwash the people that work there are great!
Went through car wash 12 noon April 19th. Half way through the wash line started jerking and felt like some one was hammering into our 2025 Honda pilot. Couldn't see anything as unit was freshly coated in soap. Horns started to blow and line stared up again. More hammering. Finally line stopped. Attendant had me role down my window(getting soap all over my interior) he had me back up saying the car two ahead of me got jammed up a line continued to run, hammering my car into the tow hitch of the pickup in front of me.
