Scratched my new Mercedes and didn't get completely clean like I expected. Also did not get fully dried. Entrance and exit is poorly designed and hard to maneuver in and out. Additionally I believe their locations aren't ideal for heavy traffic as most jetsplash locations are on street corners. City needs to stop letting these pop up everywhere instead of something useful like a convenience store or gas station. Will not be recommending this to anyone and will be taking my business to Rocket car wash where they have unlimite... read more
Vacuum service was great and so were the gentlemen that dried off my car on the outside and also cleaned my doors they did a great job. Also you saved me a trip to go fill up with air as you had already provided the air for the tires. I have a slow leak in my front left driver side tire that I have to get fixed and I appreciate that you had air to put in my tire. Thank you. I'll be back soon.
