We planned a vacation to the Dominican Republic for months, reserving two junior suites for four adults. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that there was a mix-up in communication between Jetset and the hotel, resulting in only one suite being reserved for us. I used jetset for Costa Rica vaction and liked the hotels and itinerary. Everything turned out good. Communication with agent was great and charges and hotels were exactly as described. In fact one of the hotels had the best views of any hotel i have stayed. I could not have found nice selection like this myself. thankyou jetset.
First of all i was lied to about airfare to my destination being very expensive at the time, and my agent charge me extra money after i already cash in my Groupon, when i realized i was taken advantage of and call to complain after was i got basically zero customer service, i spoke to a female on the phone that was supposedly the manager about how the agent over charge me for plane tickets, her reply to my was can i prove it, and plane tickets price changes all the time, and my my reply was yes i know but not 50-100 percent,... read more
I have used them twice so far, and had an amazing vacation each time. No problems with communication, travel, or accommodations. I will be using them again this year for my family vacation. For y'all up here giving 1 stars to THEM because of the airline you flew on, or some other inconvenience, is crazy. Yes they should know about who they do business with, but they can't learn about bad experiences until someone has one.
