Great Pilates studio with friendly staff! Took my first class and had the privilege of Olivia as my instructor. Let me tell you … Olivia was one of the best Pilates instructors I have ever had! She was detailed in her explanations and demonstrations. She was attentive to each client, which is especially appreciated being 23 weeks pregnant and needing modifications. LOVED the workout. It was a full body burn in the best way. Would give more than five stars if I could. I will be back!

Canceling my membership was a nightmare. I went into the studio months ago and was told my membership would be canceled, but I was charged again. When I reached out and requested a refund for the months I did not attend, they refused. This is the McDonalds of studios, it is chain-style Pilates than a studio focused on proper form, controlled movement, and individual attention. I had my first class last night. I had been messaging back and forth for a while because I had so many questions and concerns about going. But they were extremely kind, welcoming and understanding. I had an amazing first class and my instructor Abigail was amazing and very helpful! I will definitely be back!
