I'm hooked. I'm 56 yo and have never done any workout quite like this. I've done all sorts of 30 minutes workouts, like HIIT, yoga, kickboxing, mat pilates, dance cardio, etc., but nothing like this. There are all age levels and body types in the Jetset classes.
