Just called to place an order for delivery and asked for my pizza to be well done and was told it will be how it comes that's it horrible customer service.
Alexander was taking my order. He was such a nice gentleman and answered every question I had. Very professional and offered his advice on the food. This Jets never disappoints. The food, service, and quality is always perfect. Great job Jets and great job Alexander for being the best.
