The worst experience we had with jets was tonight We ordered over 65 dollars worth of food to be delivered. It took over a hour in a half to get here and it was cold and seems like it was sitting for over an hour. We don’t mind waiting but to have it delivered and it be cold and nasty is unacceptable. Then when I called the store no big deal for them and here is a 25 dollar credit. Did not even feel bad about how gross there pizza was. I will not be giving my business to jets anymore

Your stores are open for the first time in years on the 4th (which I don't understand because everyone is cooking out) but corporate isn't? This is 2025. We can see and understand that you don't care about anyone but yourselves.
