Llegué 5 am. Appt 8 am. Cuándo me chequié 7:45 am me dijeron q me llamaban para darme puerta. Cuándo me llamaron eran 1:09 pm. Una persona adentro en una carretilla eléctrica cuando pregunté con quién me podría chequear me contestó sin mirarme y de forma grosera q no le preguntara nada. Parece inaudito q no quieran aceptar q sin nosotros los transportista ellos no tuvieran trabajo modestia y aparte. Más nunca vuelvo a este lugar a traer una carga.
Got me in & out lil over a hour
The cashiers don't know anything about customer service.
Arrived 7 am for a 10 am Appointment. Dock at 1045 am. Unloaded 2 pm. Yes it's true about guys on their phones...5 of them standing around. $300 lumper for a 16k trailer. Give me a pallet jack and I'll be done in 30 minutes. It's a little tight but not ridiculously bad. Easy pass.
