Customer service is really bad.you have two girls there and don't want to wait on on you, all they do is talk to each other and when you ask a question they are very rude
Horrible customer service. Store is very disorganized. People on the floor are not helpful and rude. No one knows "anything" if you ask them a question. Prices are or consistent with what's advertised. Disappointed.
The aisle's are always stacked with pallets, they are constantly out of products. Never any consistency with the products they sell.
Not as crowded as the store in LA, this place is a hidden gem in SGV. They have decent quality meat selections and tons of container choices for to go items. They cater to small businesses so you need to be a member to join.
The employees are rude and are not willg to help find anything every one that you ask to help with something or if they have a certain product they seem to know nothing and are unwilling to help find anything the cashier was also rude we got a brisket from the cooler in the meat dept it was priced at1.00 a pound on a orange sticker well when I go to be checked out the cashier say I can't have it for that price that I must pay something eles for this she said it wouldn't ring up the first price I must pay 1.50 per pound I tol... read more
Very poor customer service is what this business is all about. I am a potential customer; and just because I never shopped at that particular restaurant store, the manager would not give me a price on a bag of wings. He simply told me, we don't give out prices to non customers and hung up in my ear. How nasty was that? He definitely ruined the restaurant depots chances of acquiring any of my hard earned dollars. Sincerely, so disappointed :(
This place is so awesome if you need quality restaurant equipment and supplies at great prices. It's truly where restaurants and chefs shop, and I have spotted local chefs shopping here. The have so much including great deals on frozen meats. You do have to have a tax ID to get a membership.
This place is great. We used to have to drive to the Charlotte store and this is much more convenient. The employees were very quick to help find the products we needed.
I am very pleased, with the quality of the beef. The avalability, the fresh meat, and seafood. There is a good supply of product , in the Depot Supply house. Fresh produce. Good prices, and recently purchased fresh mushrooms, and shallots. Excellent Quality. I'll continue to use this business. Chef Nick
