Today, our experience with Jeter Therapy Group was the worst of the 4 visits which was extremely disappointing and left us feeling disrespected as both clients and family members. From the moment I requested to speak with a manager, I was met with an unprofessional and rude demeanor. What made the interaction even more off-putting was that the manager was standing within earshot when I asked to speak with her, yet the employee acted as though she had to go "get the manager." If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely upset about the treatment my child received from the staff of Jeter Therapy group. Each session, we have left extremely dissatisfied with the lack of compassion and professionalism. There are extreme and noticeable differences in the treatment of their patients, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Children require a level of patience their team does not possess. Their interactions are forced and not genuine. 0/10!!!
Lo e all of the therapist my little one seen. I wish they offered ABA but did not. Other than that 10 out of 10 for Professionalism and cartesic always welcoming and never had any real complaints.I use speech therapy and o t the most.
This is the BEST THERAPY facility. My daughters therapists here have nothing but the best interests for her at heart and they’re very passionate about that they do. Thank you all! MaiAna loves coming to therapy!
