Love them! The staff is so friendly and helpful I’ve always felt welcomed and heard i definitely recommend
I’m so thankful we have found someone specialized to help my son. Jeter is very knowledgeable and focused on the goal- helping my son succeed!
Would give ones star but dont want my post to somehow be deleted. Do yourself a favor and read the latest comments. They are not lying. IF and big IF you manage to get an appointment to actually come in you will be disappointed! Save yourself and your child the headache and ask for a referral somewhere else. They're completely booked months out in advance anyway.
Today, our experience with Jeter Therapy Group was the worst of the 4 visits which was extremely disappointing and left us feeling disrespected as both clients and family members. From the moment I requested to speak with a manager, I was met with an unprofessional and rude demeanor. What made the interaction even more off-putting was that the manager was standing within earshot when I asked to speak with her, yet the employee acted as though she had to go "get the manager."
