If I could give the Jeter Therapy Group negative stars for their utter lack of service, blatant unprofessionalism, and shady business practices, I absolutely would. My daughter was evaluated in April of this year and we were told that someone would call us to schedule an appointment WITHIN THE WEEK. Said week came and went and I decided I would be chill and give them an extra week in case they were really busy. Things happen. That week came and went. I called the following week asking about scheduling and was told they were shortstaffed but were hiring a whole bunch of new therapists and would be in touch in June to schedule an appointment.
