We contracted with them and asked for a binding estimate. They gave us one by increasing the cost per pound. We told them we had 13,000 pounds, roughly. The day of the pickup they showed up at my 3100 square foot home with a rented 24 foot Enterprise box truck and were baffled when I said that this was too small for a 13,000 pound pickup. They came in and surveyed the home furnishing and said they were told it was 10,000 pounds. The paper work stated 13,000 pounds so not sure where this was coming from.
