Jim and his crew are very polite and do a great job. They have serviced my units at least 4 times and I have never had any issues with their work. I really appreciate their work ethic. I highly recommend you give them a call.
I been using Jet for many years. They have always gave me excellent service. They have always responded to my calls for help fast over the years. I've called them on weekends and weekdays with problems. It made no difference. They showed up fast and handled my problem. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need like some in business try to do. If you need an ac, a quote,etc., give Jet a call. They are very respectful. Jim is one of the most honest and trustworthy AC Maintenance people that I have ever met. Every time that I have called, he has been at my house within an hour and has always responded quickly no matter the time of the day. You could not ask for a nicer and more trustworthy person to come service your AC than Jim! I am so grateful to him and Jetstream AC for keeping my house cool during the hot summer months!
Jim contacted me just 15 minutes after I called their office and was at my house about an hour later. He fixed my AC within minutes and took the time to explain the maintenance I should do to keep it running properly. I'm very pleased with how honest and fast their service was—I’d definitely recommend them!
