This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Customer support was not helpful at all. My issue was ignored several times. The service quality was very poor. The staff attitude also needs improvement. Everything felt disorganized and unmanaged. I expected much better for the price. Sadly, I cannot recommend this business.
Terrible roofing renovation experience. The team arrived late almost every day. The workmanship looked rushed and unprofessional. After the renovation, the roof still had small leaks during rain. They ignored my complaints and avoided responsibility. The site was left messy after the work. I paid a lot but received very poor service. Very frustrating situation. I regret choosing this company.
I hired this roofing construction team with high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The workers arrived late and sometimes didn’t come at all. The roofing materials used looked cheap and low quality. After the work, I noticed leaks during the first rain. They promised to fix it but never returned.
