I hired this roofing contractor hoping for quality work, but I’ve had nothing but problems. Just a few weeks after the job was “completed,” my roof started leaking again. They came back once to “fix” it, but the issue remains. Now they won’t return my calls. Total waste of money.
Customer service was amazing. Karen and Alonzo were very professional in understanding my needs to get my roof replaced. They were always available to answer any questions I had.
Alex and his team did excellent work on our home. They completely replaced our old damaged roof and refreshed some siding. After taking photos of the old roof and other areas, Alex collaborated closely with us in deciding exactly the type and style of shingle we preferred.
