This is for the log cabin rental portion of the company: A log cabin home was reserved for our Thanksgiving trip with family since May. Three weeks before we were to arrive we got a random email with a refund with no information. We also then later got a cancellation message from VRBO. I called Jet realty/ Log House Vacation Homes multiple times trying to figure out what happened. Finally we called from a different number and they answered right away.
