The hours Google stated they chose at 5pm. Guy who answered phone said he was leaving in 20 minutes. Needed documents copied for military medical record, guess he is in a hurry to not help out a vet....
Excellent work great staff. I have been using jetpress for about 15 years. Always a great experience. Mike and Joan are always very accommadating to my requests.
Great creativity, design and product. My expectations were exceeded by the quality of the work and the timeliness. The customer service was the worst experience I've had in a really long time. I asked to have one sheet of blank paper put between each flyer. I cannot believe the response I got. They will not receive any of my business in the future. You can expect "What do you want" instead of "How can I help you today?"
