Had a Great Experience with this company. The employees are super friendly and willing to help out to any extent they can. I ordered invitations with another company online, and when they came in, that’s when I realized I forgot to add a name to them that needed to be there. Jet Press was willing to look into adding that for me even though I didn’t place the original order with them. Excellent service, excellent products!
I’ve been a customer for 10 years. I just picked up an order and when I reviewed my invoice I saw that I had been charged an additional 30% for a “rush” job. What a disgrace! I will NEVER do any business with Jet ever again!!!!
Helped my husband and I create logos for new LLC, they were helpful and offered all the files we needed on a flash drive! Next stop, using them to make shirts and Koozies!
