I have used Jet Plumbing for decades but recently had a call back issue for a service performed incorrectly. When discussing my issue with Jason the service manager he was very helpful and understanding and is providing a credit for the required return visit to properly correct the issue. I understand that sometimes issues occur but “how you take care of them” is very important. 5-stars for Jason and their team.
We have been customers of JET plumbing for many years but today they went above and beyond. Something happened with the water pressure and our waterfountain basically exploded and started spewing water all over....like a waterfall at 7am. We called the emergency line and they came almost right away. Fixed everything and spent a ton of time with our building supervisors to try to get to the root of the problem. Thanks so much to Caleb and his supervisor (sorry I forgot your name) for outstanding work today.
