I had two service calls. One with Allen evaluating our veterinary practice plumbing. The other with Drew inspecting our HVAC system. On time, friendly and very thorough a refreshing experience in todays service industry. Highly recommend!

Ac hasn't worked consistently for 3 years,Jet plumbing sent out older tech and apprentice, stood around and waited the for the time out thermostat, didn't bring tools or ladder, gest solution was to change the batteries in my thermostat, my batteries lol Batteries don't run ac units, called again,same tech,no tools said he Need to order a part,been 2 weeks,waiting another wek,great service 2 serv I c e call, not even a tool now it's no ac Nice c e job

We are not happy. The serviceman came to work under our kitchen sink. He was there approximately 10 minutes and said, this needs replaced, this is done wrong, and you will need to call to make an appointment. Then we were charged $135.00. We had made the appointment, wasn't that why he was there? We will not be calling them back.
