I have hip and pelvic floor issues after a surgery years ago and with consistency, I continue to get better and better.! This is strength, balance, coordination, stretch. I was so happy when I saw the Jet Pilates signs in my neighborhood, so I went to check it out. I did the free class she offers, and I admit that I felt a little weird at first, but by the end of the class I knew I had found my place! Gloria is sweet, professional and cared about my health and concerns. She believed I could do it, even with my neck and feet pain.
