We had an emergency with the septic at our fire station. Called Jet-O-Rooter, they arrived within 25 min. Had situation all taken care of in no time. Thank you very much for your prompt service. I would highly recommend this company for any and all sewer problems.

I called for a slow draining kitchen sink. The first time they came they improved the situation but did not fix it. I guess that's as good as you get from them for$200. I called again and said sink is still filling up when trying to wash dishes. The second time they came they did the same thing as before, snaked the line. While I was in the bathroom I hear their truck start. By the time I got out they were pulling away from my house, they worked for less than ten minutes. Don and crew are a lifesaver. Emergency situation. Needed to find and replace an effluent lift pump without any info regarding location. Replumbed, rewired and replaced pump and installed access riser. A+++ Thanks Don and crew.
