RecommendedI have to say Jet Medix has done some recent work on my sea doo and he dropped what he was doing to get under my ski to determine the problem then ordered my part while on his day off. Joe is honest and the guys know what they are doing. He explained everything to me. Nice job joe.

I recently had to replace piston and cylinder on my xlt1200. Joe went the extra mile to help me with the power vales and explain how to install the rings once back to my house. While this task is generally not a self-service task, jet medix support was invaluable. They are a reliable source for parts and support for a complete service.
Heard good things about jet medix, unfortunately I have sent 3 maybe 4 separate emails requesting service, no response, I understand that its their busy season but come on, very lousy business practice.
Stopped by today with an older ski that had an idling issue. Despite being very busy the guys dropped what they were doing and fixed it. Definitely my new go to shop for parts and service.
Joe is very honest great guy all around drop a stand up off to him to get carbs rebuilt and replumbed. Overall great experience so far as I wait to hear what is going on with it and looking forward to the call to get myself back on the water and ripping. 10/10 recommended Jet Medix!
Very happy with these guys, told me everything I needed too know about my ski and had me in an out in a day with a new impeller. All around great service and would highly recommend for anyone needing work done.
Used Jet Medix for the first time. Great team. Work was performed perfectly. I was so impressed that I will be having them do some of the maintenance I used to do on my own. Special thanks to Julie in the office for coordinating all. You wouldn’t go to a allergy doctor for a foot problem. So why would you bring your jet ski to anyone else than Jet Medix. Thanks Dr. Joe.
