Today was my first visit for disability check up, everyone was friendly and professional, the doctor is down to earth very nice and make you feel comfortable,he will talk to you and not rush you,Even though im sore and worn out from the test I had to take,everyone was patient with me,Thank you to all the staff who made it a pleasant visit.
Rudest receptionist... when someone has to take a random drug test and the person has to use the restroom, she thought the person was refusing, i will say , i interjected to say he was not refusing.... they made this person wait another 45 min before taking him back or getting the info in the computer.... The whole office is very unprofessional
PHENOMENAL STAFF! FROM THE FRONT DESK 2 THE BACK STAFF TO THE MDS. I WAS TREATED WAS DIGNITY & RESPECT. MY PAIN & INJURY WAS 1ST PRIORTY. EVERY1 IS FRIENDLY & KIND. THE MD INTRODUCED HIMSELF, SHOOK MY HAND @ THE BEGINNING & END OF MY APPOINTMENT. HE MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE, EXPLAINED IN EVERY "LITTLE DETAIL" WHAT HE WAS ABOUT TO DO TO ME, WHAT I CAN EXPECT & HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT AFTERWARDS.
