The quality of service at the hotel was disappointing as they declined to allocate rooms on the same floor or adjacent to each other, despite this not being mentioned during the booking process. Additionally, the reception informed me that my room would include a balcony, but this turned out to not be the case. Amazing service from everyone at the property! The breakfast buffet was delicious, but our favorite spot was the outdoor bar at the lobby level. Dinner on Friday came with a fireworks show, which was great. The pool is stunning. An infinity pool overlooking the beach is a perfect place to relax without getting your toes full of sand. Can't wait to book my next vacation to the trump resort!

Hotel was very nice. Clean, staff were very attentive and kind, room was a good size, elevator worked great, food on site was excellent, pool and hottub offered great views of the Pacific. The location was THEE best part. We walked or took an Uber everywhere. Beach was a 5 minute walk away. It wasn't in a congested area like some of the other hotels further down the beach. We also really appreciated being very short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here on future trips to Oahu.
